On the south shore of the
St. Lawrence’s River, in Chaudière-Appalaches, St-Jean-Port-Joli is located
about a hundred kilometres East from Quebec bridges.
Summer concerts take place
at Marcellin-Leclerc’s kiosk in parc Chanoine-Fleury (behind tourism
information office, in the center of the village), on De Gaspé Ouest Avenue.
Saint-Jean-Port-Joli is a
famous touristic site, renowned for its gastronomy and choosed as Cultural
Capital of Canada in 2005. The village offers a wide range of activities, such
as parc Chanoine-Fleury summer concerts.
